You handle the work. We handle the desk.

Text it.
Say it.
Snap a
photo. It
comes
back done.

Send it however you'd say it to your own guy. It comes back a finished bid, invoice, certificate or waiver. Nothing to fill in, nothing to learn, no new software on your phone.

Any trade. Two minutes of your time a job — that's the whole ask.

What it costs

Posted, so you don't have to sit through a call to find out

A full-time office manager runs $54,000 to $75,000 a year once you count payroll tax, comp and benefits — and that one person still can't pick up the phone at 8pm and chase a certificate at the same time.

Unlimited
jobs

Most software in this business charges by the user or by the tech, so it costs you more the better your season goes. We don't work that way. Run every job you can sell — the price doesn't move. What sets your monthly is how big your outfit is, and we settle that once, up front.

Step 01

Setup

One fee, one time, and it's the part that matters. This is where we build it — wired into your own email, running on how you actually work. Bids and invoices with no cap on how many, payment links with no markup from us, QR codes on the paperwork, your Google listing and profiles set up right. Built once, runs forever. It's also what tells us your size, so nobody guesses at the monthly.

From $4,500
one time

Not a signup fee — this is the build. Quoted after the call and fixed before anybody starts, so you see the number and approve it first. Runs from your address, in your name. The systems are yours.

Step 02

Monthly

Pick how much of the office you want us running. Where you land in the range is set by the size of your outfit, not by how many jobs you push through it.

Replaces the hire
The whole back office

All five gates. Phone answered, leads sheeted, bids written, certificates and bonds handled, invoices out, payments in, receipts and waivers sent, reviews asked for. You sell the work and approve what goes out. Nothing else.

Money in the door

The paid side of the job. Bids written off whatever you send, invoices matched to what they accepted, card and ACH, receipts, lien waivers ready when the check is.

Phone & leads

Every call picked up and qualified, day or night. All sources onto one sheet by morning. Review asked for after the job, which is what fills the sheet next month.

You own all of it Your domain, your Google listing, your Search Console, your processor — every account is verified in your name. We hold access, not ownership, and it's handed back within ten days if you leave. Month to month after setup, thirty days' notice.
No cut of your money Payments run through your own processor, in your account. We don't mark them up and we don't take a percentage of what you collect.
Grow into it Add a gate or move up a band whenever the work calls for it. We reprice once a year, not every time you hire somebody.
How it works

You send the mess.
You get back the document.

No forms. No fields. No portal to log into. Whatever came off the truck goes in exactly as it is — and what comes back is ready to send, waiting on your yes.

Text, 4:52pm did the panel swap at 1247 harrison. 2 guys 6 hrs. told him 2400 all in. he wants the old box hauled off too
Comes back Invoice, sent

Matched to the bid he accepted, haul-off added as its own line, card and ACH on it. Receipt goes out on its own when he pays.

Voicemail, 0:47 "…need a cert for the Kearney job before Thursday, the GC's name is in the contract somewhere, I think they want additional insured on it"
Comes back COI request

Holder name pulled off the contract, additional insured and waiver language checked against what they actually asked for, sent to your broker and tracked till it lands.

Photo of a legal pad 3 poles / trench abt 60ft / gravel?? / ask re permit / no access thru back gate
Comes back Clean bid

Scope written out the way a customer reads it, the gravel question flagged as unpriced, permit noted. Nothing goes out till you sign off.

Scope of work

Phone ringing to money in the account

Not another platform to learn. One job, five gates, and we handle the paper at every one of them — running on what you already put out. The texts off the truck, the CRM you're already paying for, the forms the city wants.

01

Answering the phone

Weather turns or a main breaks and the phone rings forty times in an hour. Every call gets picked up, qualified and written down. Web forms, ad leads and referrals land in the same place. One sheet by morning, deduped and grouped by town so you're not running the same guy across two counties.

Inbound call handling · lead capture · nightly lead sheet
02

Getting it bid

Voice memo, photo of a notepad, three texts and a phone call. Comes back a clean bid with the scope written out and anything missing flagged before it goes to the customer.

Nothing goes out till you sign off on it
03

Getting on the job

The GC emails asking for a certificate. It gets read, the holder name and the endorsements he's asking for come straight out of it, the request goes to your broker, and what comes back gets checked against what he actually asked for before it goes out — from your address, in your name. Bonds and registrations the same. Most of the time you find out it happened after it's done.

COI requests · bonds · contractor registration · renewal calendar
04

Getting paid

Crew calls the job done, invoice is drafted and matched to the bid they accepted. Card and ACH built in, receipt goes out on its own, lien waiver ready the day they ask for it. Nineteen days down to two — that's money off the street and into the account.

Invoicing · card & ACH · receipts · waivers of lien
05

Getting the next one

Ask goes out the same day, while the truck's barely off the street and they still feel like writing something. Those reviews are what makes the phone ring in gate one, which is where this starts over.

Review requests · follow-up · back to 01
Fit check

Who this is for

We'd rather tell you now than three weeks in.

Good fit

  • Two to forty on the ground, any trade
  • Owner's still the one selling the work
  • Paper happens at night or on Sunday
  • More calls coming in than you can get bid
  • One person doing the whole office, or nobody

Not a fit

  • You want somebody answering the phone as you, not for you
  • You need more leads, not better handling of what's already coming in
  • You want to buy software and sort it out yourself
  • Nobody on your end can give it two hours a week for the first month while we learn how you work
  • You need it running next week
Authorization

Twenty minutes. Bring the book.

Last month's invoices and a week of lead notices. We'll tell you what we'd fix first and what it runs. If there's nothing worth doing, you'll hear that too.
